Field Sales/ Retail Operations/ Training
The main aim of our dedicated field sales and retail operations team (Sales and Education Managers, Regional Manager, Training Managers and Retail Sales Controller roles) is to meet and achieve company retail and wholesale targets. Retail performance is driven through the recruitment, management and development of our Beauty Consultants. Their overall objective is to work cross-functionally with our internal departments and achieve execution excellence together with our retail partners.
